Mobile Mansions is a locally owned company based in Hawkes Bay. We have been delivering portable cabins in both the Waikato and Hawkes Bay regions for the last 15 years. 
We are proud to have helped so many people and small businesses in achieving their extra space requirements.  
Our fleet of portable cabins offer a cost effective and comfortable solution when extra space is needed. The delivery and setup process is fast and easy, our remote-controlled trailer can be easily moved around your site to suit you.

We deliver throughout Hastings & Napier inc surrounding areas.

Yes we have a 6 month minimum rental period. Once your six months are up, you can call us to arrange collection or continue renting for as long as you require.

Yes delivery fees start from $150. Please get in touch to discuss.

No, we pick up the cabin from you free of charge

Yes we require 4 weeks rental in bond, payable up front. This will be returned to you at the end of the hire. Provided the cabin is in good condition
Yes, each cabin has a 25meter safety approved power lead that simply plugs into a power outlet on your property.
Yes, your site needs to be reasonably level.  You will also need to check your accessway for overhead wires, branches or house eaves that may get in the way during the delivery of your cabin.  If unsure, please get in touch to discuss.
